After Pranhav's bday, Magathi was eagerly waiting for her 5th Bday . Everyday, she will ask , "How many more days to go for my Bday " ? One day , I was generally asking her what colour bday cake she wanted & she said pink . Then she came up with few more requirements saying that she wanted a princess cake . While I was generally browsig about cake decoration youtube, I came across the video for making Princess(or barbie doll cake) cake which looked quite simple . Then I said I'll make her a princess cake. One day, just like that borrowed a library book on baking cakes and saw that baking a castle cake was quite simple as well and looked awesome . When Pranhav saw that, he said he wanted a castle cake only ,. As usual , there was a fight between castle cake & princess cake. I told them I will make a castle & princess on top of it . Then finally , baked the cake below.
For the pillars, used the small & big ice-cream cones. (The pillars got soaked in the cream and fell down ... Sad story :( Otherwise cake would have been even more better) Pranhav said "Amma, You are the super intelligent Mom" and Magathi agreed "Yes Amma" .Somehow made both of them happy . Now Pranhav has come up with his new order . He wants a race car cake for his next bday ... Friends are saying "Better to start a Bakery " :) Hari said "Magathi's 5th Bday cake is a milestone in your cake baking " .
